Refund Policy

We have a clear cut refund policy. In case, your issue is not resolved as per terms and conditions, then we may refund the amount within the first 15 days of subscription and payment. If you have one or more resolve the issue, the charge for the subscription service will not be refundable in any case. Customer may entitled for refunds when met any of the following criteria:

  • when the customer finds unsatisfied service or the issue is not resolved yet then the user can ask for a refund.
  • Refund will be initiated only after getting a written request by the customer through email.
  • The refunded amount will be provided within 15 days from the date the user has opted the refund process.
  • If we are able to resolve the partial issue but the entire issue is not resolved yet then the customer will be refunded fair amount. But it should be noted that in these cases, the complete amount will not be refunded.

We will hear and try to give the best possible solution for your issue. In addition, customers are solely accountable for any and all the activities which occur under their account. We are not responsible for any loss that may occur during the consequence of someone else using customer’s account, with or without permission. Thank you for holding these policies.
